These air fryer hush puppies are a bit denser than traditional deep-fried fritters, but overall, they’re lighter because they’re not cooked in all that oil. With just a subtle hint of heat from cayenne pepper, they’re a perfect sidekick to fried fish or shrimp. And they’re equally good with just a drizzle of honey!
