Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Steps
- Gather all ingredients.
- Combine all ingredients in a 1-gallon resealable plastic bag. Remove most of the air and close the bag. Massage the bag to mix the ingredients.
- When well combined, open the bag and add about 1 1/2 pounds of boneless chicken pieces, or 4 to 6 boneless pork chops. Squeeze out air and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and up to 8 hours.
